Force Majeure Policy
In the event of natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control that result in transportation disruptions, and where either the local government of the property location or the government of the guest’s place of residence officially announces a suspension of work and classes, guests may choose either:
- A full refund of the deposit; or
- To retain the deposit for up to three (3) months and reschedule their stay for a later date.
