- Check-out time: By 11:00 AM
Please check in and check out within the designated hours. A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required for registration upon check-in.
Non-Smoking Policy
This property is a non-smoking facility. A cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged if smoking is detected on the premises. Guests will also be held responsible for any damage to hotel facilities or equipment and will be charged accordingly.

Lost and Found
If you have left any personal belongings behind, please contact the Front Desk. Lost-and-found items will be kept for six (6) months. Unclaimed items after this period may be disposed of at the sole discretion of the property.
Room Key
Please return the room key upon check-out. A replacement fee of NT$200 will be charged for any lost key.
